Jennifer Heflin is a fourth-generation realtor. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from California State University Long Beach. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Southern California Multiple Listing Service.

Jennifer is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist through the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC). The SRES designation is specifically designed to serve senior property owners. SRES designees need to demonstrate knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major transitions involving real estate transactions.

Active in the Laguna Wood Village Chapter of Kiwanis International, Jennifer serves as the liaison to the Laguna Hills High School Key Club.
